Orak in 2152.
Orak was a Klingon advocate in the 2150s. In 2152, he prosecuted Starfleet captain Jonathan Archer during his trial on Narendra III.
During the trial, Orak contended that Archer was an enemy of the Klingon Empire because he had helped fugitives escape from Captain Duras and attacked Duras' ship, the IKS Bortas. Orak accused Archer of inciting a rebellion and demanded the death penalty. Archer was ultimately sentenced to life imprisonment on Rura Penthe.(ENT: "Judgment")
