The Omega Sagitta system contains the twin planets that form the Coalition of Madena, Altec and Straleb. Both worlds are populated by a humanoid race which colonized the planets in the 2160s, and now coexist under a precarious but successful treaty. (TNG: "The Outrageous Okona)
Although Sagitta ("The Arrow") is a real constellation visible from Earth, there is no star named "Omega Sagitta" since standard nomenclature in this constellation ends with Eta. Furthermore, a hypothetical "Omage Sagitta" should have the name "Omega Sagittae", as the genetive of Sagitta has to be applied.
