The Nuu'Bari mining vessel was a warp capeable 24th century starship operated by the Nuu'Bari.

In 2377 such a vessel had contact with the sentient photonic lifeform Iden and his ship. Iden wanted to free the holograms which worked as laboreres on this vessel. After he transported them onto his ship he destroyed the mining vessel by firing photon torpedoes on its warp core. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")
