The Nuu'Bari were a spacefaring humanoid civilization from the Delta Quadrant. They were spread through at least one sector, and employed primitive holograms as laborers.

In 2377, a Hirogen vessel commandeered by Iden attacked a Nuu'Bari ship belonging to the Nuu'Bari Mining Consortium, to "liberate" the holograms aboard, although the holograms were non-sentient. After he obtained the holograms, Iden destroyed the vessel. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")
