The Norcadians were an advanced humanoid species native to Norcadia Prime in the Delta Quadrant.

The Norcadians invented the popular, much watched, and violent martial arts sport of tsunkatse. In 2376, the Norcadian government overlooked the actions of the sport's controller Penk, who captured various humanoids and forced them to fight aboard a starship in tsunkatse matches, the proceeds of which constituted a large part of the planetoid's revenue.
