Noble Willingham (August 31, 1931 - January 17, 2004) was an American actor who played Texas in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Royale".
He was best known for his role as C.D. Parker on the TV series Walker, Texas Ranger.
Among Willingham's many feature film credits are Big Bad Mama with William Shatner of Star Trek: The Original Series and The Howling with Robert Picardo of Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine guest stars Dick Miller and Kenneth Tobey. His other film credits also include Paper Moon, Norma Rae, Good Morning, Vietnam, and City Slickers, as well as its sequel, City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold.
