Nina was a character in the Vic Fontaine holoprogram.
In the program's jack-in-the-box affected state, Nina accompanied Carl Zeemo on his first visit to his newly acquired casino. In order to stall for time for others to complete the casino robbery, Vic Fontaine addressed Nina, referring to their meeting in Miami, describing how she looks in a bikini, and asking if Zeemo were her grandfather. (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
Nina was played by Andrea Robinson.
In the episode, this character is credited as "Blonde." It is unclear if "Nina" is this character's actual name or just a random name Vic Fontaine used to address her.
