The Ngame Nebula was a nebula. Amongst the star systems within the nebula was a T-Tauri type star with an M-class planet, home to the Paxans.
The USS Enterprise-D passed by the nebula in 2367 en route to Evadne IV. (TNG: "Clues")
According to the script, the pronunciation for Ngame was "n'GOM-aye". [1]
