Changes: New Halana

New Halana was a planet colonized by the Halanan species. The planet was terraformed by Federation Professor Gideon Seyetik, who described the end result as a "paradise". (DS9: "Second Sight")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), New Halana was listed as a member planet of the Federation in 2378.
It is unknown if this planet is a Halanan colony, or a new homeworld.
