Neutronic weapons were a form of military technology carried by Penk's starship, a heavily-armed and armored ship used to stage Tsunkatse matches. When Neelix related the ship to a "traveling carnival," Harry Kim rebutted by noting the ship's neutronic weaponry, as well as its covariant shield-protected reinforced hull plating.
