A neuro-stabilization regimen was a series of treatments that attempted to stabilize certain neurochemical levels in the brain. It was the most common form of treatment for Forrester-Trent Syndrome in the late 24th century.

The treatment was often used by Starfleet doctors, and was not 100% reliable, but in most cases the patients responded to treatment well. In many cases the effects of the disease could be even reversed.

In 2370, Jason Vigo underwent these procedures aboard the USS Enterprise-D to treat his Forrester-Trent Syndrome, which he received while undergoing genetic resequencing. (TNG: "Bloodlines")
