Captain Nensi Chandra was a male Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. In 2267, this decorated officer was a command division starship captain.

That same year, he was drinking a drink and sharing an appetizer with Captain Lindstrom in the M-11 Starbase Club. Later, Chandra served on the board conducting the general court martial of a fellow captain, James T. Kirk, when he was accused of perjury and culpable negligence in the apparent death of Lieutenant Commander Benjamin Finney. (TOS: "Court Martial")

Chandra was played by actor Reginald Lal Singh
His first name was seen in the 2009 film Star Trek. This Chandra also sat in judgement of James T. Kirk, serving on the Academy board meeting in regards to Kirk's cheating on the Kobayashi Maru scenario.
