Nellen Tore in 2367.
Nellen Tore was a native of the planet Delb II and the assistant to Admiral Norah Satie. She assisted her in the investigation of sabotage aboard the Enterprise, usually taking notes on a PADD and informed Captain Jean Luc Picard that he was to be questioned as well.
The hearing turned into a witch hunt, and Tore along with the other aides were appalled by Satie's tactics.(TNG: "The Drumhead")
