Neil Wray Raymond was a Human, and a progeny of Clare Raymond. He was the son of Marvin Hildebrandt and Janice Lee Raymond. He was born in New Berlin, Luna. He had two brothers, Brian Vogt Raymond and Jasper Bivens Raymond. Neil died in 2179. (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")
