Needle Fingers was the name given to a Borg medical repair drone by Magnus Hansen while observing on a Borg cube in the mid-2350s. The nickname referred to the many sharp points extending from the tool that replaced the drone's left hand.

Needle Fingers and Bill were responsible for deactivating and disassembling Junior, after that drone became heavily damaged from an exploding plasma conduit. (VOY: "Dark Frontier")
