Neal Kaz is an actor who appeared as a background performer in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. He received no credit for his appearance but was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and previously worn by Matt McCoy in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Price". Kaz started his acting career in the late '70s and appeared in the television series The Jeffersons (1979, with Mimi Cozzens), Too Close for Comfort (1982, with Deborah Van Valkenburgh), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1991, with Ann Gillespie and Lenore Kasdorf), Murder, She Wrote (1988 and 1992, alongside James Sloyan and Robin Gammell), Step by Step (1993), Models Inc. (1994, with Cristine Rose), Night Court, Saved by the Bell, Hang Time, and Family Matters.

His feature film credits include the television drama Million Dollar Infield (1982, with Robert Costanzo), the comedy Young Doctors in Love (1982, with Michael McKean, Saul Rubinek, Coleen Maloney, Deborah Lacey, Charlie Brill, Ed Begley, Jr., and Hamilton Camp), the television drama Police Story: The Freeway Killings (1987, with James B. Sikking, Robert Knepper, Marc Alaimo, Kamala Lopez-Dawson, and Bill Couch, Sr.), the comedy The Couch Trip (1988, with David Clennon, Michael Ensign, Scott Thomson, and Don Stark), Garry Marshall's romance Pretty Woman (1990), and the comedy sequel The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004, with John Rhys-Davies, Chris Pine, Elinor Donahue, Chris Wynne, and Aldric Horton).

Kaz also performed stunts in the 1985 comedy Fletch, with Richard Libertini, Kenneth Mars, James Avery, Bruce French, Terrence Evans, and stunts by Vince Deadrick, Jr., Gene LeBell, Carey Loftin, and George Wilbur.
