Nabisco was established in 1898 as an American food company and is presently owned by Mondelēz International. In the 1990s, its Canadian and UK subsidiaries produced a number of breakfast cereals with a Star Trek theme on their boxes. Games, posters, novelties, or toy starship premiums were included within their "Shreddies" and "Weetabix" cereals.
