Morka was a Klingon Intelligence operative in the 24th century. Morka, along with Bo'rak and Atul, were sent to Deep Space 9 in 2371 by Chancellor Gowron to observe a Romulan delegation being briefed on Dominion intelligence. After Major Kira discovered a listening device on a wall in the Romulan quarters, their true identity was revealed and they were arrested by Odo. (DS9: "Visionary")
