Morikin VII was the seventh planet in the Morikin planetary system. This was an inhabited planet.

During his sophomore year in Starfleet Academy, Jean-Luc Picard was assigned for training on this planet. On a nearby asteroid a Nausicaan outpost was located, where Picard had one of his first encounters with this species. (TNG: "Tapestry")
