A Mood-o-meter was a tool designed to indicate Human mood. Its scale went from good through fair to bad. A mood-o-meter was deployed at the Incredible Tales of Scientific Wonder offices in the Arthur Trill Building. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
