Monica Staggs (born 24 February 1970; age 44) is a stuntwoman who was one of the stunt doubles for Jeri Ryan on Star Trek: Voyager in the episode "Natural Law". She also performed stunts in Star Trek: Insurrection.

Born in Boulder, Colorado, Staggs attended The University of Arkansas, where she acted in plays, studied dance, and majored in Drama and Creative Writing. During her senior year she worked on her first film, becoming a stand-in, playing a small role, and ultimately becoming the lead actress's stunt double. After traveling to Los Angeles to work on her second film, she decided to make Los Angeles her permanent home.

In addition to her work on Star Trek, she did stunts for such TV shows as Sliders, Diagnosis Murder, JAG, Profiler, and Passions, and in such films as Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Charlie's Angels, Swordfish, Joy Ride, John Q, and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. She was the stunt coordinator for the 2002 film White Oleander and co-coordinator for films such as Pumpkin. She was Emily Watson's stunt double in Red Dragon, Charlize Theron's stunt double for Paramount Pictures' 2003 remake of The Italian Job, and Darryl Hannah's stunt double in Quentin Tarantino's two Kill Bill features. Staggs received two Taurus Awards at the 2005 World Stunt Awards for her work in Kill Bill Vol. 2, one for Best Fight and another for Best Overall Stunt by a Woman. She shared both awards with Zoe Bell, who doubled for Uma Thurman.

Staggs has also acted in a few films, including The Settlement (1999, co-starring Bill Bolender), Slammed! (2001, also featuring Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.), and Sorority Boys (2002, with Bruce French). She most recently appeared in Tarantino's Death Proof, one of the two features shown as part of 2007's Grindhouse.
