Monday is the second day of the Human week, and is typically considered the first day of the of the work week.

The Doctor's holographic daughter, Belle, used to have parrises squares training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until her father changed the dates to Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, which put her into the second team. She wasn't very happy with the change, as she was good enough to play in the first team. (VOY: "Real Life")
