Mona Grudt (born 6 April 1971; age 53) is the Norwegian actress and model who played Ensign Graham in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Identity Crisis". She filmed her scenes on Wednesday 16 January 1991 on Paramount Stage 8.

Grudt was born in Stjørdal, Norway, and grew up in a nearby village named Hell. She was the winner of the 1990 Miss Universe pageant, and the first winner of that competition for Norway. Given her home village, she jokingly referred to herself as "The Beauty Queen from Hell" (despite "Hell" actually meaning "luck" in Norwegian). In 1991, she co-hosted the Miss Universe Pageant on television. During her time in the United States, she appeared in the daily soap Santa Barbara in addition to her appearance on Star Trek.

Grudt made several appearances in Norwegian talk shows including Først & sist (2000 and 2005), Senkveld med Thomas og Harald (2004 and 2005), God kveld Norge (2007), and Showman (2010 and 2011), is hosting the live show Miss Norway since 2000, participated in Dancing with the Stars, and hosted Norways Next Topmodel in 2011. She is also working as editor of the Norwegian magazine Ditt Bryllup (Your Wedding) since 1996.

Grudt is a spokesperson for Coffee Slender, Garnier Nutrisse, and Garnier UltraLift and worked previously for Pierre Cardin, Oil of Olay, Vidal Sassoon, Juicy Fruit, and Gillette.

She was married to Brody Bittrick until 2012 and the couple had two children together. She also had a child from her first marriage.
