Mona Grudt (born 6 April 1971; age 53) is the Norwegian actress and model who played Ensign Graham in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Identity Crisis" in 1991. She filmed her scenes on Wednesday 16 January 1991 on Paramount Stage 8.

Grudt was born in Stjørdal, Nord-Trøndelag, Norway. She was the winner of the 1990 Miss Universe pageant, and the first winner of that competition for Norway. In 1991 she co-hosted the Miss Universe Pageant on television. During her time in the United States she also appeared in the daily soap Santa Barbara beside her appearance on Star Trek.
