Moët et Chandon was a manufacturer of champagne, founded in Epernay, France in 1743.

Moët et Chandon still produced Dom Pérignon through at least 2265. A bottle of Dom Pérignon of that vintage was used in the christening of the USS Enterprise-B in 2293. (Star Trek Generations)
