Template:Realworld Mitch Suskin is an Emmy Award-winning Visual Effects Supervisor who worked on Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. He shared four Emmy Award nominations for his work on Voyager, winning two of them. He also shared a nomination for his work on the Enterprise episode "Dead Stop".

Before his time on Star Trek, Suskin collaborated with Industrial Light & Magic on the visual effects for the films 1941 (1979), Poltergeist (1982), Cocoon (1985), and Joe Versus the Volcano (1990). He was also the Visual Effects Supervisor for the 1984 film Splash and was a concept artist for the creature effects of the hit 1987 film, Predator.

Suskin was a Visual Effects Supervisor on the popular science fiction series Babylon 5 during its first two seasons before joining the crew of Star Trek: Voyager. He later became the Visual Effects Supervisor for the ABC series Lost (co-created by J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof) and the NBC series Surface. His work on the latter series garnered him an Emmy nomination, while his work on Lost earned him two Emmy nominations, one of which he won.
