The Milan was a 24th century Federation transport.

In 2368, Helena Rozhenko transported aboard the Milan to the USS Enterprise-D to return Alexander Rozhenko to his father, Worf, due to Alexander's difficulties in adjusting to the Human way of life. (TNG: "New Ground")

According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia this vessel was designated as the SS Milan, and had the registry number NDT-50863. The ship was mentioned in an early script reference as the USS Milan. The Milan was presumably named for the city of Milan, Italy.
