Mike Starr (born 29 July 1950; age 73) is the actor who played Tony Cicci in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang".

Starr was born in Queens, New York. An extremely prolific actor, Starr has made over 100 film and television appearances, often playing gangster types such as his Tony Cicci character.

He has appeared in many other television shows including The Equalizer (with Robert Lansing and Keith Szarabajka), Law & Order, Frasier (starring Kelsey Grammer), The West Wing, Scrubs, House, M.D., Martial Law (with Tom Wright), The Office and CSI: NY. He also starred on such series as EZ Streets and Ed, and he had a recurring role as "Big Tough Guy God" on Joan of Arcadia which co-starred Michael Welch, Becky Wahlstrom, and David Burke.

Starr also has an extensive list of films to his credit. He made his film debut with a small role in the 1980 crime thriller Crusing, starring fellow Trek guest actors Paul Sorvino and Richard Cox. He went on to appear in such popular movies as The Natural (1984), Radio Days (1987, with Robert Joy, Kenneth Mars, and Wallace Shawn), Starr worked as a construction worker in the 1986 comedy The Money Pit with Alan Altshuld and Tzi Ma, Lean on Me (1989, with Star Trek: Voyager star Ethan Phillips as well as Tony Todd), Born on the Fourth of July (1989, with Reg E. Cathey, Bob Gunton, Ed Lauter, Mark Moses, Richard Poe, Goodfellas (1990, with Paul Sorvino), Miller's Crossing (1990), The Hudsucker Proxy (1994, with Roy Brocksmith, Bill Cobbs, Christopher Darga, and Noble Willingham), Ed Wood (1994, with Daniel Riordan and Biff Yeager), Dumb & Dumber (1994, with Teri Garr and Charles Rocket), Summer of Sam (1998, with John Savage), and Jersey Girl (2004, with Stephen Root).
