Midos V was the inhabited fifth planet of the Midos system. The planet had abundant raw materials. A small Earth colony was located on this planet. It was located near Exo III.
In 2266, Roger Korby enlisted the Kirk android to arrange him transportation off Exo III to a nearby planet colony with proper raw materials to begin producing androids. Korby noted that there were several good possibilities among the USS Enterprise's next stops without diverting from the ship's route.
