Michael Williams was a character in William Shakespeare's play Henry V.
When Data studied Henry V on the holodeck, he interacted with a holographic Michael Williams. (TNG: "The Defector")
Williams was played by actor Patrick Stewart under heavy make-up. Stewart requested to play one of the characters due to his love for Shakespeare.
