Michael L. Mayer is an art director who worked on Star Trek: Voyager. He took over the art direction for the episode "Phage" in the first season from Andrew Neskoromny, and continued through to the end of the second season in that role. He also worked as art director on both Star Trek: Borg and Star Trek: Klingon.

In addition to his work on the Star Trek franchise, he worked as a production designer in television for various shows, including L.A. Law, Dangerous Minds, and Judging Amy.
