Michael H. Bailous (also known as Mike Bailous) is an actor who appeared in several episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager. His only credited role was in the episode "Hippocratic Oath". Special effects make-up Jem'Hadar gloves, worn by Bailous, were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay [1] and a Klingon uniform was sold off on the Profiles in History sale. [2] Bailous also worked as stand-in on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Bailous' only other known on-screen appearance was in the film Invader (1996, with Carlos Carrasco, Leland Orser, and David Cowgill).
