Paypal: I believe the paypal agreements are different based on where the seller (in this case Memory Alpha) resides. I'm guessing the fee will be deducted for all paypal donations regardless of whether I use a credit card or my bank account.

This donation-article won't be needed any more, I guess. Although you'll find a "Site-support" link in foreign language versions of Memory Alpha. Perhaps this can be managed by some admin?
