I propose this category to support the creation of the associated Babel templates: Template:User tlh, Template:User tlh-0, Template:User tlh-1, Template:User tlh-2, Template:User tlh-3, Template:User tlh-4 and to be used as a list category for Archivists who speak Klingon.
