Please read Memory Alpha's policies regarding dealing with possible copyright infringements before you add an article to this page!
- Articles listed here may be deleted after at least two additional votes for deletion have been cast, or alternatively after a waiting period of seven days. Make sure you add the copyvio boilerplate message to articles listed for deletion here. We recommend using {{copyvio}}. Add new entries at the bottom of the list and, as always, sign entries with name and timestamp – use four tildes (~~~~).

Fundamental Declarations of the Martian colonies
Edit
Not really familiar with this process, or US copyright law for that matter. But I imagine the huge chunk seemingly from spaceflight chronology recently added to that page might qualify as infringment. -- Capricorn 00:53, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
- I don't have the book, so can someone else check the page history and see how much was added? Don't reproduce it here of course, but depending on the amount this could go either way, as we can use small sections provided they are soured properly. If this is a copyvio, the current page should be moved to the temp, deleted, and then the "clean" version can be restored and moved back, so if any pages need to be merged later on the copyvio parts aren't accidentally restored in the middle of the history. - Archduk3 01:01, June 6, 2012 (UTC)

- See User talk:Raylan13.
- Next time please actually include the discussion here. In short, I don't feel that this is a copyright violation, as most of that article was created by various authors here. The only potential problem area is the newly added images. Everything else? Fine, and the same as what we do for everything else. -- sulfur (talk) 14:21, March 1, 2013 (UTC)
