Deletion rationale Edit

As stated on its talk page, this article seems to just regurgitate information found at Polaric ion energy. Also, I don't believe any such devices have been seen, aside from the power plant, which is discussed on the polaric ion energy page. Perhaps a redirect is in order, or moving some info over there, but I think this page isn't needed. 31dot 00:45, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
