Melanie Balmos is an actress who appeared as an Enterprise-D officer in the Star Trek: Enterprise finale, "These Are the Voyages...".

Her costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. The costume was previously worn by Debra Dilley in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Lessons". [1]

Balmos' only other known acting appearance was as a Detective in the 2002 made-for-video film Crossed.
