Mel Green played the Ferengi secretary in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Family Business".

Green starred in the 1990 movie Pucker Up and Bark Like a Dog, with fellow DS9 guest star Nicholas Worth. In 1998, he starred in the motion picture Music from Another Room.

In 1992, he starred with Olivia d'Abo in The Wonder Years episode "The Test".
