Mekor was a Cardassian and the son of Dukat. He was born in 2360.
In 2371, for his eleventh birthday, Dukat promised to take him to the amusement center in Lakarian City. Dukat was unable to keep that promise as he was trying to stop the USS Defiant, that had been captured by the Maquis.
