Megan Delaney was a Human Starfleet officer. In 2371, Megan, along with her twin sister, Jenny, was assigned to Stellar Cartography aboard USS Voyager when that starship was pulled into the Delta Quadrant. Tom Paris became interested in her shortly after the vessel became trapped in the quadrant, and wanted to date her - however, because the sisters did everything together, he needed to persuade Harry Kim to join him as Jenny's date, a task at which he failed. (VOY: "Time and Again")

When Paris was imprisoned by the Akritirians in 2373, he had a fevered dream which involved a picnic with Megan. (VOY: "The Chute")

By 2375, the twins had become good friends with Paris and Kim, and joined them in Tom's The Adventures of Captain Proton holo-program. Megan played Demonica, one of the Twin Mistresses of Evil. At the time, Harry had become infatuated with Megan, much to her sister's annoyance. (VOY: "Thirty Days")
