The Meezan IV Conference was a meeting that was held on Meezan IV in 2373 that focused on burn treatment techniques. Julian Bashir attended the conference and it was there that he was abducted by the Dominion and taken to Internment Camp 371. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")

A year later, Luther Sloan told Bashir that missing the Casperia Prime medical conference was "a blessing in disguise. The last time you tried to attend a medical conference you were taken prisoner by the Dominion". (DS9: "Inquisition")
