Meezan IV is a planet in Federation space. In 2373, Julian Bashir attended a burn treatment conference there. Whilst there, he was captured by the Dominion, replaced by a Changeling infiltrator, and sent to Internment Camp 371. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow").
