Matt Banning (aka "Batt") (born 13 June 1972; age 39) is a Canadian comic book inker. He has worked on a wide variety of comics including Batman for DC Comics, X-Men and Punisher for Marvel Comics, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Darkness for Top Cow.

While working with Marvel, he worked on Star TreX, a crossover between Star Trek and the X-Men, inking 18 pages of the issue and working on the cover with Marc Silvestri.
