Maryann Summers was the wife of Tommy Raymond, the elder son of Donald and Clare Raymond, and the mother of LeVar Burton Raymond and Cheryl Gates Raymond. Summers' name was visible in a computer display of the Raymond family's genealogy. (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")
Maryann Summers is a reference to the "Gilligan's Island" character Mary Ann Summers.
