Martin Jedlicka was a Human Starfleet officer of the mid-24th century.
In 2365 he held the rank of captain and was the commanding officer of the USS Saratoga. By late 2366, he was replaced by a Vulcan captain. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man"; DS9: "Emissary")
Jedlicka was named for TNG assistant director and stuntman Martin Jedlicka.
This character was never mentioned in dialog; his name came from a Starship Deploy Status chart seen on Starbase 173.
