A marshmellow dispenser was an item in the 23rd century used to store marshmallows.

In 2287, Captain Spock brought a "marshmellon" dispenser with him while camping at Yosemite National Park with Captain James T. Kirk and Dr. Leonard McCoy, so he could roast a marshmallow over a fire with a stick. (Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)

Kraft Co. sold replicas of the marshmallow dispenser that Spock used, for Kraft "Jet-Puffed" marshmallows, via mail-order in the summer of 1989.
