Marlene Willauer (born 22 September 1957; age 54) is a Star Trek fan who appeared as a civilian Enterprise crewmember in the recreation deck scenes in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. She was originally considered for the front row Vulcan role, but this part went to JoAnn Christy and Willauer ended up on the balcony in the background alongside with Susan Sackett and Louise Stange-Wahl. Willauer blew off a physics midterm exam at the University of California, Los Angeles to be part of this film.
