Mark Off-Zel was an artist from Sirrie IV who produced works of pottery. He died sometime before 2366.
Kivas Fajo had one of the few remaining Off-Zel vases in his collection. (TNG: "The Most Toys")
Klingon Chancellor K'mpec kept a similar work in his quarters aboard his attack cruiser in 2367. (TNG: "Reunion")
