Mark Fred Miller (born 1948) is a visual effect artist and producer who founded and managed two visual effects companies, which were both deeply involved with live-action productions of the Star Trek franchise.

Miller co-founded the effects house Digital Magic and served as its president between 1998 and 2000. He left Digital Magic and founded the effects company Eden FX in July 2000 with John Gross. Eden FX was responsible for the computer generated effects on the last season of Star Trek: Voyager and all four seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise.

Mark Miller's earlier career included employment as Vice-President of Engineering for several post-production facilities including Prime Time Post and Compact Video and as Technical Director for the CBS Television Network, where his assignments included such shows as All in the Family, Sonny and Cher, Carol Burnett, The Kennedy Center Honors, and Bob Hope in China. Directly prior to his involvemnet with Digital Magic, Miller served as President of Unitel Video Hollywood, a position he assumed after spending ten years as Executive V.P. of Engineering and Operations.

Mark Miller is currently still serving as president of his company, Eden Fx.
