Margaret Houlihan was a Human who was kin to descendants of Clare Raymond.
Houlihan's name was read out in a computer display of the Raymond family's geneology, along with others such as Charles E. Winchester, Sherman T. Potter, Frances J. Mulcahey, and Walter O'Reilley. (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")
Houlihan and others in the list seem to be references to characters in M*A*S*H productions. [1] Houlihan, in particular, was played (in the film version) by TOS guest actor Sally Kellerman.
